The rules of buying from us
Terms of service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These terms cover your use of wardanasir.online and any order you place with us. By placing an order you're agreeing to them. Please read them before you buy.
The shop is operated by WardaNasir (“we”, “us”), 73 Holburn Street, Aberdeen, AB10 6BR, United Kingdom.
1. Bundles only
We sell stationery in complete bundles. Individual items are not available for separate purchase, and bundles can't be split, part-ordered or part-returned. The contents listed on each bundle page are what you receive.
Occasionally we substitute an item of equal or higher value — for example a different colour of pouch, or a notebook of the same size from a different mill. The bundle will always match the described quantity and function.
2. Ordering
Adding a bundle to your basket is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract only forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
- We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.
- If a bundle is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We don't store card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and cancellation
Your right to return is set out in our Refund policy. As a consumer in the UK you also have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day policy is more generous than that and sits alongside it — it doesn't replace your legal rights.
6. Product descriptions and colour
Our products are made from recycled and natural materials, so shade, grain and texture vary between batches. Kraft board in particular differs from box to box. Screens also render colour differently. Minor variation of this kind isn't a fault and isn't grounds for a faulty-item claim.
7. Safe use
Our items meet EN71 toy-safety standards, but stationery is not a toy. Sharpeners contain a blade, pencils have points, and small items in bundles rated for older children may present a choking hazard to under-3s. Children should be supervised. We aren't liable for injury arising from unsupervised or improper use.
8. School and bulk orders
Bulk orders may be invoiced on 30-day payment terms subject to approval. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Bulk and personalised orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
9. Using this website
You may browse and order for personal or school use. You may not scrape the site, copy our product photography, illustrations or written descriptions, resell our bundles as your own brand, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, illustrations, layout, logo and the WardaNasir name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Our liability
We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not liable for business losses, or for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
12. Complaints
Email mustafabusiness2001@hotmail.com and we'll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes fall to the courts of Scotland. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
Before you publish: fill in the highlighted fields and confirm your VAT position. If you aren't VAT registered, remove the words “include VAT where applicable” in section 3 — claiming to charge VAT when you aren't registered is an offence.
